Why "To The Point" Consulting?

So many organisations today are drowning in inefficiencies, meeting fatigue and a lack of systems or processes.

To make matters worse, managers and employees alike often think the only way they can stop drowning is to “try harder” or “do more”. Unfortunately, this just pulls both the individual and the organisation deeper into the undercurrent of frustration and unproductivity.

To The Point Consulting offers specialised consulting services to provide solutions to these common problems, streamlining projects, systems and processes, helping organisations and their individuals to cut through the clutter and get things done.

Experience calm in the chaos and get "To The Point".

Work smarter, not harder.

During my time as head of Project Rhino, Bronwyn was a stalwart, forthright and trustworthy ally, transforming her experience in conservation-based tourism into direct involvement. In 2014, when we decided to organise the world’s first Youth Rhino Summit and hold it in the middle of the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park to ensure delegates clearly understood the rhino poaching crisis – with no built accommodation, electricity, water or communication points – Bronwyn rose to the challenge of Summit Programme Director. Armed only with a clipboard and bullhorn, she shepherded the enormous squad of youth delegates, teachers, rangers, conservation heads, government leaders and speakers through a demanding 4-day programme and helped ensure the Summit achieved its objectives.

Bronwyn repeated this role in the follow-up 2015 Youth Rhino Summit and went onto becoming project coordinator of the Rhino Art conservation education programme, managing staff in the field and organising numerous community conservation events. During her time, the Rhino Art programme directly reached over 75,000 youth and Bronwyn’s Master’s research into the perspectives of young people about the future of rhinos and conservation, in general, was an eye-opener.  I have no hesitation in recommending Bronwyn:  she’s a resourceful project manager who will ensure goals are met.
