Create calm in the chaos

Cut through the clutter and get things done. We streamline projects, systems and processes so that you can find the calm in the chaos and get "To The Point"...

So many organisations today are drowning in inefficiencies, meeting fatigue and a lack of systems or processes.

To make matters worse, managers and employees alike often think the only way they can stop drowning is to “try harder” or “do more”. Unfortunately, this just pulls both the individual and the organisation deeper into the undercurrent of frustration and unproductivity.

What does To The Point Consulting Offer?

To The Point Consulting offers specialised consulting services to provide solutions to these common problems, streamlining projects, systems and processes, helping organisations and their individuals to cut through the clutter and get things done.

Who runs To The Point Consulting?

To The Point Consulting is owned and operated by Bronwyn Laing. Based in Durban, she travels throughout Africa helping organisations and lodges improve their efficiency, customer relations and staff engagement through project management, sales & operations planning and staff training.

With a unique background of 15 years corporate environment, a PMI approved certificate in Project management and a Masters degree in Rhino conservation using Theory U, Bronwyn blends her passion for healthy, effective organisations and a sustainable environment with a dedication to “getting things done”.

Having spent years both in the boardroom and in the bush, she has helped implement change that has brought communities and workforces together, streamlined the sales & operations process of corporates employing thousands of people and helped individuals in high-pressure roles work smarter, not harder.

If you or your organisation are struggling to get things done, Bronwyn can help you get “To The Point”.

Work smarter, not harder.

During my time as head of Project Rhino, Bronwyn was a stalwart, forthright and trustworthy ally, transforming her experience in conservation-based tourism into direct involvement. In 2014, when we decided to organise the world’s first Youth Rhino Summit and hold it in the middle of the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park to ensure delegates clearly understood the rhino poaching crisis – with no built accommodation, electricity, water or communication points – Bronwyn rose to the challenge of Summit Programme Director. Armed only with a clipboard and bullhorn, she shepherded the enormous squad of youth delegates, teachers, rangers, conservation heads, government leaders and speakers through a demanding 4-day programme and helped ensure the Summit achieved its objectives.

Bronwyn repeated this role in the follow-up 2015 Youth Rhino Summit and went onto becoming project coordinator of the Rhino Art conservation education programme, managing staff in the field and organising numerous community conservation events. During her time, the Rhino Art programme directly reached over 75,000 youth and Bronwyn’s Master’s research into the perspectives of young people about the future of rhinos and conservation, in general, was an eye-opener.  I have no hesitation in recommending Bronwyn:  she’s a resourceful project manager who will ensure goals are met.
